Help, my content is frozen.

If your content appears frozen, it may be that your device has experienced a freeze itself. This can typically be resolved by restarting your Media Player. To do this:
  1. If your Media Player has a power button, simply power cycle the player (turn it off, wait 5 seconds, turn it on again).
  2. If this does not work, or your Media Player does not have a power button, carefully unplug it from the electrical power outlet, wait for 30 seconds and then plug it back in
